WELCOME TO YOUR WORLD
FROM OUR OWN PROJECT ARCHIVE
Step out of the illustrated worlds and into the field. Real equipment. Real installations. A closer look at what we do.
RESIDENTIAL
A cool room after a long day. Warm floors on a winter morning. A shower that stays just right. We start with the way you want your home to feel, then make the equipment work around you.
From a new installation to a repair, we consider your rooms, airflow, noise and daily routine. Proper sizing, thoughtful placement and precise control make comfort something you can count on.

CONDOS / STRATA / RENTAL BUILDINGS
A cool bedroom on a hot night. Hot water when the building wakes up. Shared systems that quietly do their job. Let’s make your building a better place to come home to.
THE COMFORT YOU COME HOME TOFOR CONDO OWNERS & SUITE RESIDENTS
Sleeping through a summer night should be ordinary. We start with how you use your rooms, then consider equipment size, indoor placement, sound, drainage and outdoor space. The result should feel right throughout the area served.
Strata approval, exterior appearance, outdoor-unit placement, condensate drainage, electrical capacity and access all shape the installation. Bring us your building’s requirements so we can discuss a practical route forward.
Eligible electrically heated suites: $1,000 for a ductless mini-split, or $750 per indoor head for a multi-split, up to three heads. Strata/co-op approval comes before requesting pre-approval; receive the code before installation. The application must be completed within six months of pre-approval.
BC Hydro/New Westminster account, eligible home and equipment, and an HPCN installer are required. Installer eligibility will be confirmed before a rebate-based quote.

RELIABILITY FOR THE WHOLE BUILDINGFOR STRATA COUNCILS & PROPERTY MANAGERS
One building contains many routines. We help plan heating, cooling, hot water and ventilation around the people who depend on them, with access, equipment condition and planned downtime considered from the beginning.
Rooftop systems, boilers, circulation pumps, shared hot water, ventilation and routine mechanical maintenance. For a retrofit, we discuss capacity, controls, project sequencing and where redundancy could reduce disruption.
For eligible existing stratas, rental and equity co-op buildings, generally three storeys or higher with shared lighting and central mechanical systems. In-suite measures must cover a substantial portion of suites.
Apply before buying or removing equipment. After pre-approval, follow the funding agreement and submit completion documents within 12 months. Opportunity assessments and feasibility studies have separate funding pathways.
Current offer: a 30% bonus on eligible electrical efficiency mechanical/lighting incentives through February 12, 2027; implementation by March 14, 2028. Fuel-switching projects are excluded. This is a bonus on incentives, not 30% off the project.
Explore current building rebates ↗Tell us what isn’t working: hot bedrooms, uneven temperatures, unreliable hot water or a system nearing replacement.
Review the building, approvals and suitable equipment. Confirm the applicable rebate route before work begins.
Plan installation and future maintenance together. Whole-building work is quoted around your property, separately from residential maintenance packages.
Programme information checked September 14, 2026. Eligibility, equipment requirements and funding must be confirmed with the programme before committing to work. BC Hydro programme overview ↗
COMMERCIAL
The right temperature. Air that feels fresh. People who can focus on their work instead of the thermostat. Your building’s systems should support a productive day, quietly and reliably.
We look at how your space is used, where comfort falls short and what your business needs from its equipment. Then we plan heating, cooling and ventilation around those needs—from a repair to a replacement or a maintenance programme.

Rooftop heating and cooling, ventilation and filtration. We consider the people, the space and the way the building is occupied.
Boilers, hot water, circulation and refrigeration. Equipment and controls working together to support your operation.
Fault finding, repairs and planned replacements, with access and disruption considered before the work begins.
COMMERCIAL MAINTENANCE
A useful maintenance programme starts with your equipment, its condition and your operating hours. We help identify priorities and plan service around the building’s needs.
Commercial maintenance is quoted for your property and equipment.
INDUSTRIAL
An unexpected shutdown is more than lost output. It changes schedules, puts pressure on your team and creates work nobody planned for. Every second counts when production is running.
We start with what your process depends on: temperature, control, equipment reliability and the consequences of a failure. Robust systems, practical service access and planned maintenance help put downtime back on your terms.

Process cooling, refrigeration and mechanical systems planned around the conditions your operation needs to maintain.
Appropriate failsafes, redundancy and robust equipment can reduce the impact of a fault. We discuss where those measures make sense for your process.
Access, controls and maintenance requirements belong in the plan from the beginning. A dependable system needs to be practical to look after.
PLANNED INDUSTRIAL CARE
Tell us which systems are critical and when your operation can accommodate work. We help plan maintenance and repairs around those priorities.
Scope and service arrangements are tailored to your site and process.
TRANSPORT & HEAVY EQUIPMENT
At a container yard. On a farm. Preparing the ground for a tower. Deep into a mining, forestry, or oil and gas operation. Your equipment doesn’t have to be sitting in a shop for us to get to work.
We bring most standard parts with us and can make hoses on site for many applications. Our goal is to complete the repair in one visit, reduce repeat trips and get you back to business fast.

Heating and air conditioning for vehicles and heavy equipment, auxiliary heaters, APU climate systems and custom applications.
Most standard parts in stock and hose-making capability on site for many applications. Practical preparation helps get the job finished sooner.
Container yards, construction sites, farms, mines, forestry operations, oil and gas sites, fleet yards and workshops. Tell us where the machine is working.
GET BACK TO BUSINESS
Knowing the equipment and the problem helps us prepare before we travel. Share what you can when arranging service.
We’ll confirm location, access and service arrangements with you.
MORE OF WHAT WE MAKE WORK
Boilers, circulation systems, radiant heating and snow-melt applications. Temperature, flow and controls work together to deliver heat where it belongs.
Fresh-air systems, air filtration and ventilation help create a space people want to spend time in. We look at the whole environment alongside heating and cooling.
Coolers, freezers and industrial cooling systems keep products and operations at the temperatures they need. Service planning starts with what your process depends on and what an interruption would mean.
Cab heating and air conditioning, auxiliary heaters, APU climate systems and custom applications. We travel right to the machine: tower ground-prep sites, mines, forestry operations, oil and gas sites, farms and container yards, as well as shops. Most standard parts are stocked, and we can make hoses on site for many applications. Tell us where the equipment is working so we can plan the visit.
